Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Delivery is free within the UK via Royal Mail First Class. This service usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive, however delays can happen and this is out of my control. If you have not received your order within 7 working days please do get in touch, do not leave it longer than 30 days as I cannot replace items after that time frame.
International delivery is currently paused except from to the US via the Etsy shop www.FernbankStudioUK.com Please refer to the policies on the Etsy page regarding International deliveries.
Returns
You can return any unused 'stock' items such as ready made stamps or supplies by getting in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned within 14 days of approval of the return. The return postage should be paid for the buyer and any goods damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will only be given to the original buyer and payment method.
Personalised items or sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Please get in touch within 14 days if you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item so that I can resolve the situation for you and provide a replacement.
